How long does a repair intervention typically take?

It depends on the complexity of the problem. Minor issues can be resolved in a few hours. Repairs requiring spare parts may take longer, depending on parts availability. We try to minimize downtime in all cases.

Do you also provide service for equipment not purchased from you?

We focus on the equipment we distribute, as we have complete expertise and access to original parts for these. For other equipment, we can offer an evaluation, but we cannot guarantee the same level of support.

What happens if the equipment cannot be repaired?

In the rare cases when repair is not feasible or cost-effective, we discuss your options: replacement with new equipment, upgrade, or other solutions. We help you make an informed decision.

Do you have spare parts in stock?

We maintain a stock of common spare parts for the main equipment. For rarer parts, we order them from the manufacturer, which may add a few days to the intervention time.
