Are the equipment certified and authorized?

Delivery & Installation

Do you deliver throughout Romania?

Yes, we deliver nationwide under normal conditions. Large equipment is delivered and installed by our technical team. Consumables typically arrive within 1-5 business days via courier, though timelines may vary based on availability and location.

How long does equipment delivery take?

For equipment in stock, delivery takes 7-14 days. For special orders or custom-configured equipment, the lead time is 4-8 weeks.

Is installation included in the price?

Yes, for major equipment (lasers, analyzers), installation and configuration are included. Our technician ensures everything works correctly before handover.

What happens if the equipment is damaged during delivery?

Equipment is insured during transport. If you notice any damage, refuse the package and contact us immediately. We will resolve the situation at no additional cost.

Training & Education

Do you provide training for equipment use?

Yes, each equipment includes complete training for your team. Training covers operation, treatment protocols, daily maintenance, and safety measures.

How long is the training session?

Depending on equipment complexity, training lasts between 2 and 8 hours. For medical lasers, we also offer follow-up sessions after the first weeks of use.

Can multiple employees attend the training?

Yes, we recommend participation of the entire team that will operate the equipment. We typically accommodate up to 5-6 participants in the initial session included with purchase. For larger groups, we can arrange additional sessions at an extra cost.

Do you provide training materials or manuals?

Each equipment comes with a user manual in Romanian, protocol sheets, and for certain products, access to online e-learning platforms.

Warranty & Protection

What warranty do you offer for equipment?

Standard warranty varies between 1 and 3 years, depending on the manufacturer and equipment type. Some products have warranty extension options available.

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and defective components. It does not cover normal wear, damage caused by improper use, or consumables.

How do I proceed if I have a problem during the warranty period?
